    Each brew has its own program basically just controls heating times. Pretty much a fancy timer except we can fill the kettle the night before have it brought up to temp and it’ll maintain it so we don’t have to wait in the morning

    You can get a decent shape Defender for around $20k. These are for the LHD "Santana" versions. Basically it just means they were built in Spain under license. In general, they were better than the UK versions. But for some reason not as desirable (translation: lower cost). As soon as the Tacoma is paid for, I'm going to start looking in a serious way.
