I'm not quite done yet--I still need to add some vinyl to the back wall and the driver side B-Pillar--but so far I am *not* really impressed with the noise reduction. It definitely did something to attenuate the noise in the cab but not nearly as much as I expected! I didn't take any before/after noise measurements so that would be my suggestion to you so that you can know definitively how much it actually worked. I pretty much used https://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/ exclusively for instructions..but I don't know how much longer that site is going to be available because he has closed down shop. Anyways hopefully after I finish the back wall, B-pillar, and put my canopy back on it will have more of an effect.:fingerscrossed:

Cool, that's the approach I was going to take. Thank you. Do you recommend any particular source for the materials?

i'd be interested in links to both of those. That Amp attenuator is perfect!

Went to the local dealer and picked up a cover for my air pump. The 4 cylinders didn't come with one but I found out that one from a V6 fits perfectly.

Just a bunch of old crap
The amp attenuator came with my Fosgate amp (it's solely a bass boost attenuator). Easy install into a factory switch blank with a small drilled hole and a little trimming on the backside of the blank cover to fit the guts of the attenuator.

Here's a the link to the 3.0/2.4 USB dual port (fits 2nd gens with a tiny tiny bit of shaving some plastic inside the socket on the dash):

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FCZC933

These things rock for tapping into your under-dash fuse panel for power (I used the 7.5A IGN fuse for the dual USB port so it turns off/on with ignition. Use a different constant hot 10A circuit if you want charging power when the truck is off):

Got it. I went in search of a panel mounted att. Brilliant. I'll see if one of the many out there aftermarket may fit.

Did you need to epoxy or jb weld the switch/ring into your dash? If so, how did you remove it?

Yup, have to "glue" the ring to the dash pc. I used JB Weld, and when I needed to pop it out, I just used a small screw driver and just pried it little by little, to make it "pop out".

Ahh, got it. It's funny because I did this exact same mod (love it) and forgot how I even did it already. What color LED's do you have? Mine have the blue LED's.

I went with white, since the lights on the temp control pc are also white.

Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.
If you’ll stand it up in a corner, mine won’t have to stand alone.
