What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I live on the Coast but also travel to the Sierra's often, so I decided to get two different decals for the sides.

Did the winch and bumper weight drop the front end?

 

I didn't measure, but yes a little bit. I already had sliders and a heavy front skid plate. I have been taking it fast through dips and it does not bottom out, so that's a plus. I don't want to stiffen the ride, but I will be installing heavier springs to get some lift back. I have bilstein 6112 set at 6/5.

nice -- how well does it take video? is it clear? also i saw another post on here that there is actually a wiring harness that can plug into the back of the mirror instead of running a ton of wires.

 

did you purchase and OEM grill or an aftermarket clone? i am about to pull the trigger on an aftermarket clone but was worried about the non oem garnish. what specific issues did you have with TSS? like what actually happens when it errors out?

 

windshield visor came in today. needed something to block out the sun since i park the truck outside. i think the picture goes well lol

 

Got it from Taco Garage with aftermarket garnish. For the first couple of weeks a light on the dash would come on after about 4 miles. The dash would say “ clean sensor”. After a while it doesn’t do that anymore and it works cuz I tried it out ( inadvertently )! If it’s not working you just don’t have precollision radar. Other than what I could tell every thing else was fine.

+1 for Taco Garage. I went with the OEM garnish and not a single warning light. TSS still functioning properly. Two months into the new grille.

 

Finally got the 3 inch lift installed! Added some 285/75/r16 KO2s on Series 69 bb wheels! What do y’all think??
