Hitting something isn't a warranty issue, it's an insurance issue. There was nothing defective about the suspension parts, they were damaged from an impact ...

that's because no one in this thread believes that the dealership will ever ever fix his truck lol Or that somehow warranty folks (he still hasn't clarified who exactly these folks are) are going to persuade them to fix it.

Never ever ever has a dealership been like "well we can't prove you did it, so I guess that means we will fix it". It is absolutely always, "We think it's your fault and you can't prove we sold it to you like that so go kick rocks"

For some reason the OP is taking straight advice from Live PD where people seem to think that 'I dindu nuffin' and 'you can't prove it's my fault' is somehow a bulletproof innocence plea that will automatically mean that the judgement goes in their favor. It's like the magnuson moss act, OP can walk into a dealership and scream all he wants about how they can't prove that he damaged the truck himself and they will have to fix it but all they are going to do is chuckle, shrug their shoulders, and tell him to leave.

OP will absolutely 100% end up fixing this himself or paying to fix it himself. There's just no way around it.

Oh yeah I absolutely agree with that. But personally I don’t like to waste my time or energy helping out people who don’t deserve it, to include dishonest people.

Lol so to make you guys feel better ill say it again. There is no insurance involved, truck in shop with a bill so I asked for a second opinion if parts are under warranty so the warranty company come today to look to make a decision. I got my answer on my upgrades and if ots hard to fix yourself so thank you to those guys who actually helped and were not about Jerry Springer drama stuff lol so cool got it all situated thanks tw.
