Another option is to drop your rear bumper at home. Drive up, and install the rear bumper on site. I did that when I put my first Relentless rear bumper on. But the first one wasn't a high clearance one, so that could be a problem if you're getting the high clearance rear bumper.

Definitely would do that. Pay for the install and have no worries of any kind. then things are cut and trimmed properly and professionally by the pros.

I didn't know Eric did that. As much time as it took me to get my high clearance rear bumper just right I coulda had him do it? Fuck me. Oh well. It was good exercise taking that bumper off, then putting it back on........ SIX FREAKIN TIMES!

Naw. I had two guys helping. But it was still a lot of work. Measure twice, cut once. I'll learn that sooner or later.

Oh, I didn't mean putting the bumper on 6 times. I meant with you patting your back so hard for doing it six times...

There’s your problem. It’s “Measure once, cut once, hammer to fit”.

That is fucking ridiculous. That’s crazy.

And in all seriousness, with the long bed some blankets and some straps you should be able to easily fit your bumpers. Maybe need to drop the tailgate, but probably could do it without. Just strap it well and you’ll be good to go.
Moved plenty of bumpers in a shortbed and now with my longbed its even easier.

Yup. Measure once cut 12 times lol
