I bought the morimoto xb headlights in Black Friday and installed them about the first week in Jan. Since then I have static in some of my radio stations every time the drl or headlights are on. It disappears as soon as you turn them off. I’ve contacted theretrofit source about the issue several times and have been assured they have “contacted the manufacturer and are working on a fix.” It’s been almost 2 months and no progress has been made.

I bought a set of ferrite chokes and they did nothing. How long should I wait before getting pissed? A $900 set of headlights should be working flawlessly. I love the lights but the static is irritating af. Anyone know of any fixes?

Arb summit bumper. Morimoto led headlights and new grill. Grill and lights have sequential turn signals.
I have them in since December and no issues with noise.
Probably a bad ground so have the installer check the wires.

Plug not tight, wire pulled from plug, wire rubbed raw.
    Could be anything.
Try disconnecting one light and see if that fixes

They are completely plug n play. Maybe when it warms up I’ll unplug and replig it all.
