With barter and trade no money exchanges hands, means the federal thieves can't tax it and thus coercively take it from you with the threat of jailing you if you don't let them take it from you. Dammit, I started and I said I wouldn't. I'mma take a few minutes in the funny gifs thread or the funny memes thread brb:D

You all know how I seem to crave having a late 1990s Japanese vehicle restoration project constantly going on at my house.

Strangely, each restoration project seems to follow the "six phase" cycle listed below.

Some progress through the cycle faster than others. I'm about 2.5 weeks into the first phase with the LX470.

So when you start to see my mood change about it, you'll know what going on.

NATO cans like Wavian seal up tighter than...I don't know (insert something really tight here) and don't leak which is why they are marketed to be leakproof regardless of mounting position. That's why they swell during the day and contract during the night - no leakage. I'm not giving you shit I'm giving government lawyers shit

Melted? How the fuck. I’ve never seen one melt unless the truck was on fire

Looks to me like it overheated and melted the mounting surface.

Yeah. Overheating is the only thing I can think of that would have caused that. Unless it was backfiring like a mofo thru the valves or something. It's not just stuck on crap, it's melted plastic for sure.

stoked to finally camp again this weekend.

Gonna have to bring plenty of "party amenities" for me and the gf to keep us busy because I think we'll get some rain while we're out there. Hoping shits like the usual AZ rain and dissipates in 30 min haha

Well my crank gear arrived broken so that sucks, wasn't packaged well and a tooth broke off, sintered thin features like those are brittle, I don't know why they thought a cardboard box with tons of room and no bubble wrap would work. So that's an incredible waste of a part. My Toyota dealer is getting me one overnight from their hub. Gonna have to slam this thing together tomorrow so I can drive it Friday to Seattle.

That's some crap luck man. Rare enough to have to replace it due to it being jacked up, but then the new one shows up damaged? Maybe it's a sign? Of what, I couldn't tell ya :D

Well I'm going to treat it like a speed limit sign then and ignore it. I'll slam it together in a night and send it dammit!

also needa bash my fenders or just throw this spacer lift on for now with the truck bc I noticed some tread wear on my tires in the front. It's like a thin double line down the middle of the tire.

Either got a bolt or the plastics its rubbing on, fak
