Be interesting to see a video or ideas with pics for what to do with the pigtail harness and the other Pro-Shifter button" Right now my extra button is a 'Fidgit Button' for my anger management during traffic snarls.

Yea but two commutes in the 'click, click, click' gets tired. I'm sure with this forum there's a ton of ideas of what to do with the second button- Maybe MESO should hold a contest and the winner for the best idea or adaptation for the second clicker gets some free MESO map lights.

Seconded. Signed up for notification, but I really want to get rid of that ECT button! Ready to buy one of those red shifters ASAP.

I have mine on a garage door opener, but probably went a few months before I hooked up the second switch and just clicked.

I got mine installed today without too much trouble. Definitely a quality product, and the videos really helped. I want to wire the second button to replace the OEM front camera switch as I use that all the time when parking. The OEM switch cycles between off and two different views so I am pretty sure it is a momentary switch. Still looking for a schematic, but I may spend some time with my multimeter this weekend to figure it out. Only four wires (two likely for the switch backlight), so how hard can it be? Someone hold my beer...

If you decide to jump into that worm-hole please include photos / video or some type of other write up to enhance the forum and all that it has to offer. I offer you an advanced 'Thank You' should you decide to do so.

Glad to hear! It seems like a few others want to activate the OEM cameras as well. It should only be as easy as 2 wires contacting in the stock switch that toggle the view. So just taping the stealth button wires into those 2 “should” do the trick.
I don’t have a pinout on the 2020’s, but maybe @caribe makaira knows what the diagram is for the stock camera button.. he seems to have a ton of FSM info:)

I think being able to activate the cameras from the comfort of your hand on the shifter is much better than reaching up and hitting a button on the dash every time.

I tried doing my anytime rear camera to the second switch last summer but it didn’t work for me. Only two wires and tried both ways and didn’t work. Maybe just me, maybe the aftermarket camera harness didn’t accommodate idk. Happy with the garage door though, use it multiple times a day, rather than the need for rear cam which I only need to use on certain occasions

^ I think it’s more for activating the front/side cams that are on the 2020. I would think it would be beneficial to activate those quickly and conveniently, weather on the trail or pulling up to a object parking. Idk, just throwing it out there

So could the second switch be used to activate the wireless charger? Then that would free up another space for something else.
