Don’t sell yourself short. The boxes have to go in the correct order or bad things happen once the plane tries to leave the ground...

Evening Everyone !!!!!

Just got back home from the Pain and Torture Palace were they worked me over very thoroughly . They worked on my R / knee and also worked my muscles on my l/side . I can't believe how weak the muscles are on my left side even the PT was shocked over the muscle weakness and how atrophied they're !!!!

My left leg being the worse as can't move my ankle anymore and quads and hamstrings are very weak
