I noticed last week when I changed the oil and filter that it appeared to be a small leak coming from radiator cap area. So, I cleaned it off the radiator and airbox and will check again. Today I drove down to Atlanta and back (200 miles) and decided to check...…..yes it's leaking blowing from somewhere hopefully the caps bad...….I called Dealer and have a appointment for 7:45 Monday. Will update with the repair....I do all my own maintenance and don't like going to dealer but it's under warranty so it's there's to fix. It has 15,000 miles on it. I also will have them figure out the TPMS as I can't get it to work by following directions in manual?

Yes picture doesn't show, but there is wet antifreeze laying in the black plastic grooves down along the front side of the radiator.

Well, I took truck into dealer today, they said my radiator has a hairline crack in it on the passenger side upper plastic and they are ordering me a new one under warranty repair. They also gave me a 2020 Corolla free loaner car while they have my truck. So I'm happy with dealer considering I don't buy it from them, but not real happy that my radiator only lasted 15,000 miles. I have never been off road or anything like that and strictly driven on paved roads. I will say that since owning only Toyotas from 1987 and since 1992 only pick-ups this is the first time I've had a warranty repair. I looked up cost of a new radiator from a Toyota parts online store and its $318, so no that bad if I had to buy one in the future (out of warranty). Strangely, the radiator never over heated or did I see a hissing leak, just noticed (as stated above) antifreeze coming from somewhere. It also never dripped on the floor of my garage, glad I caught it before it got real bad.

Another follow-up, truck has new radiator and got it back today, all good so far...….other than big grease spot on my front bumper...

Notes on back of work order said they pressure tested radiator at 20psi and no leak found, then drove it 14 miles and found leak 1 1/2 inches below cap on side of radiator.

Ya I think so, but did not talk to mechanic just read notes on back of workorder.

Other question I have is did they check the trans fluid level? I doubt it. If I'm not mistaken there are trans coolant lines running to radiator on the passenger side that would have lost some fluid when disconnecting for radiator change. I guess I'll be performing the trans fluid check soon.
