While I love fun in the snow, I would take the heat over the cold.
Excessive heat may be miserable due to sweat and just physically draining but, the cold is just downright painful to me and below about 20 deg I pretty much don't function except to curl up in a ball and attempt to keep my fingers and toes from falling off. I've experienced as high as 117 and down to -4. I'll stick with the 117 because miserable as it is, I can still function normally without pain.

Me too, I will take the heat over cold. We just need Texas to stay at about 60 degrees year around

 

I'd go for 60 at night but prefer a 75-80 daytime temp
