2018 Tacoma TRD Sport w/ 40K miles. The brakes are good and the noise does not seem to be coming from the belt. The noise only comes happens when decelerating. This is driving me crazy already! Taken it to the dealership and they always say they can’t replicate the noise.

I would suggest taking that video into the dealer next time you go. That sounds horrible.

Jack that side of the truck up. Rotate the wheel. If you have a grinding sound it’s a wheel bearing going out. Also move the tire back and forth to check the play.

remember to be safe while jacking a vehicle up.... just have to throw that out there

Did you pull out each wheel and check the brake pad wear indicator? 40k miles should've been done or close to it....

    Just thinking out loud....

Boosted, yes I did! They’re good. The noise only seems to come after driving for more than 20 minutes. So I’m assuming when the truck gets warm. What’s your take on it?

Well, as one mentioned. If it is the bearing, there will be play when you grab the wheel and try to rock it (don't need a lot of force). Grab it 12 and 6 ...and 9 and 3.
Or , the squealing sound when you spin the wheel .
If it is the bearing, Toyora will charge you an arm and leg. Take it to a reputable brake shop. They're fairly easy to replace.
If you don't have extended warranty, go to a brake shop.

I vote a dried out and rusty u-joint. It would take that much driving to get hot if its 'bad' and not completely destroyed.
Disclaimer: youtube video heard on cellphone, not hands on. I could be completely wrong.

I had a similar sound on my previous truck under acceleration, it was bad/dry u joint. I just sprayed wd 40 on it and it went away.

My vote is for a body mount / radiator support bushing. Those things get toasted pretty easy. Sounds like the spacer rubbing metal on metal to me.

Sounds like maybe a kid crawled up into the engine compartment and got wrapped up in the belt. My ears can't totally be trusted though, I've lost about 25dB in the 2-4 K range over the past 10 years.
