Hmmmmm......... Dinner tonight. A good glass of white wine would round this out. But, I'm drinking water. Oh well.

 

Looks good. Bacon works really well too. But you do like a BLT with them. Toast a couple slices of sourdough, scallop sits on toast (mayo or some other dressing), tomato slice, slice or two of bacon, scallop on top.

 

Had sourdough, as a cheese toast. Separate. But there is a sauce in there. White wine, garlic, capers, etc... Just hard to see. I could possibly see sun dried tomato bits, but this dish is way tasty the way it is.

 

No doubt it's tasty. Just offering a variation.

Either way, nothing like fresh off the ocean floor and into your belly
