    This is for a 2003 3.4L
I know I need the thee items under "Replacement parts I know I need" but I'm not 100% sure if the other parts listed are replaced or do I need to order?
    Am I missing anything??

    https://motorwestperformance.com/about-us/
    https://www.witchhunter.com/

    *Retails are from Toyotapartsdeal.com
Replacement Parts I know I need:

    2. Intake Manifold Gasket x 2 17176-62040 $10.15
    3. Fuel rail gaskets x 6 90430-12026 $1.36

    2. Ring, O (Fuel Injector) x 12 90301-07024 $2.61

Yeah, same for me. It may have been one of those "makes me feel good" at the moment items, but I swear she ran stronger when that was in the tank.

No, I wasn't aware BG put out an ethanol fuel treatment.
I do use Star Tron Enzyme Treatment in my motorcycle. Mainly because it sits for long periods of time without running.
It's sold at our local Honda and BMW motorcycle dealerships.

I just recently sent my injectors off to https://www.rcfuelinjection.com/ highly recommended them they were awesome. I'm not affiliated with them just a customer. They replaced all the parts on the injectors I didn't need to order anything except replacing intake gaskets which I just reused old ones. Made a crazy difference. Turns out my best injector was only at half flow with 3 dripping....

Yes, replace the O-ring that's labeled "23280E" and is located at the rear of the driver's side fuel rail.

And you don't need the parts in the second half of your list (ask the rebuilder just to be sure though).

Have fun tightening up banjo bolt 23802C at the rear of the passenger side fuel rail! When I did this job it was a real PITA disconnecting the wiring harness cover and moving it far enough to the rear to put a torque wrench on the bolt, and torquing it, without cracking or breaking the cover.

Be sure to look at this video before starting the job.

Good luck, the job is not as bad as one might think, but it requires a fair bit of patience. ;)

I'm wondering if my injectors aren't the primary cause of my poor mileage...

Mine had 198k supercharged last 50k and had just swapped engine from bent connecting rod and figured it was a good time to do it. Might explain the bent connecting rod with my injectors being so clogged. I religiously changed fuel filter, bought name brand gas, used fuel system treatments yet they still went bad.

    One reason I'm doing this.
Main reason is just the age of the injectors and the amount of "stuff" that could be interfering with the flow.
I'm trying to put some zep back in it's step!

They also sent me a before and after flow analysis and a bag with all my old parts they replaced.
