I emailed her asking for high level estimates of when the project will end so I can forecast my availability. She gives me a “I’m just throwing darts on a calendar because of the dependencies on third parties is unknown right now (the reason I really need a PM)”

I told her I am NOT responsible for dictating a project schedule. I can work with you and the team to put it together but I have no idea what needs to go where. :frusty:

On a happier note(s). My paperwork was delivered to the Harley dealer so I should be getting a call to schedule delivery really soon. I also am going to that Hawaiian place for lunch again in 10 mins :hungry:

Should ask her if she would just like you to handle the full implementation while you're at it.

When I was younger I used to do lawns and landscaping. I almost rolled one of my tractors down a hill when I was doing the grass for a cemetery. Wasn't fun.

Back when my grandmother and great grandmother made it that was before they sold cubed bread in bags to make stuffing, so they made their own.

On a the Thursday or Friday before Sunday dinner they would buy loaves of Blue Ribbon bread, and clean the kitchen table off real good, and lay all the bread out on it overnight. It was a weird sight as a kid. Then the next day they would flip it all over and rearrange it so the other soft parts got stale. Then on Saturday they would cut it all up and make the stuffing. Let it sit a while, then commence to cooking the dumplings.

A lot of planning and preparation went into it back then. The kitchen table was our only table to eat dinner at. So we would use TV trays and sit int he living room. That was a treat.

Ya I remember when my grandma would make dressing for the holidays. Loaves of bread opened and out all over the place for a couple of days so it would stale up. :)

I have high hopes for a delivery tomorrow. But probably unlikely. Depends where it’s coming from. Really hope they do Saturday delivery :fingerscrossed:

Poke is a fav of mine. There is a place near me that opened up a couple years back. Authentic as it gets. The chef owner was born and raised on Oahu. They even have spam sushi there. We've yet to order any food or drinks we didn't like.

    Congrats on the Hog !
