so axle roommate's subaru still moves under its own power without trans fluid despite the cracked trans pan. Part of me wants to JB weld it and fill it up with Lucas transmission fluid to see if it lives yet

hell ya it's been a long time for me too I needa go back to the GF's uncle's place again ( benefit of dating a Latina lol ). Same situation with us tho, the shops are a min away, and fry's is walking distance for us; so the choice is always made easy sadly where to go
