Just gravity bleed it, then when you've got a steady drip of fluid a couple pumps from a 2nd person usually will take care of it after a caliper install.

 

Gravity bleed worked great on my ATV's. If I have the time I'll just ziptie a brake lever overnight. Come back the next day and cut it off. Nice and tight.

I'll give that a whirl when I swap the caliper. As I get older I try to take more time instead of rushing through things.

 

I was shocked to see the AT3W is now made in Thailand...that’ll probably be the death of them

A caliper replacement & bleed is a simple procedure so it shouldn't take long. I never rush through anything brake related.

 

A while back I was researching tires and I was looking at the Falkens. The reviews were dominated by people who said they smell bad nk

 

My other problem is that it is heavy money, not light money

 

I myself haven't happened upon a pleasantly scented tire yet... but I haven't changed too many compared to some of the participants here I'm sure. Can we start a rating system of tires by scent? For the S-n-G's of course.

 

Don’t know what S-n-G’s means but no kidding people were saying after driving and parking, get out and a foul smell emanated from the hot tires

Clarification: for you youngsters who use Apple Pay and debit cards and such, heavy money is pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and the occasional fifty cent piece

 

Never noticed any foul smell from mine not that I ever bent down and sniffed them like a dog smelling another dogs ass either..
