@weldertaco your deadlift looks fine. Supra don’t know what he’s talking about. Only thing painful to Supra is knowing he’s on all that gear and still ain’t got a chest :boink:

Yea the bar drags my shins. That’s why I’m wearing long socks. Got tired of scraping my legs up lol. Shoulder width stance and grip is just outside my legs. I usually don’t use straps but did for the elevated ones cause my hands were having issues lol. I take a deep breath and hold my core tight when lifting. If doing lighter sets then I hold it till down but heavier weight i lightly drop the weights once they get close to the floor lol

Your perfect deadlift form isn’t going to be another persons perfect deadlift form. Same angle video from the front would be ideal. But, if you feel like you can’t activate your glutes and hams, your shoulders could be farther in front of the bar then behind and it, and probably feel like most of the weight is on the balls of your feet. Thinking of pulling your heels together while pulling the floor apart with the balls of your feet to activate and keep your posterior chain activated.
also try different foot stances while you’re training weights are still light.

My buddy invited me to go tonight and even tho it’s my off day, I’m gonna throw light weight on the bar like 225-250 and practice my form some. This bugs me lol. I’ll try to lean back more and give the heels a try

I’ve seen that happen before. Think it was Larry wheels? But still. I hate having to wrap the one strap one handed while staying focused lol. Kills the adrenaline.
