My grandfather (born in 1915) worked for the Baltimore City Sanitation Dept. He was a supervisor in the end. He always had some cool shit he would find on the job. A puppy was the best.

Back then as a kid they use to have incinerators they allowed the public to drive up to the trash bins to throw their trash in. These huge holes soooo many feet deep, and giant cranes to lift it out of there into the burn side. It was so massive as a kid. Soooo unsafe by today's standards. Of course nowadays people burn their crotch with hot coffee and blame the fast food joint so it doesn't surprise me that places like that are extinct now.

We take our trash to the landfill. It saves me a shit load of money.

Shit you heard me and one of my friends talk to each other and didn’t know us you would think we were about to throw down. Phone calls usually start with one to five minutes of insults.

I may be offensive but I sure don’t offend easily. Someone asked me why don’t I get offended my friend I was just talking about looked at the person and said he’d have to give a shit about what you said before he could be offended.

Keeping up with this thread is a full time job! I skip numerous pages everyday. Way to fast for me to keep up with. Probably miss some great stuff and half the time I see something I think about replying to and decide not to because it was x pages ago.

It’s broken shot night. Was trying to get the floors finished at the flip so I can start on the cabinets. Got to boards I needed to cut the take out chunks around pipes and stuff. Damn oscillating tool crapped out on me. Had to go buy a new one. Ain’t going back till tomorrow now. Screw those floors.
