    Every 5-6 months I like to try a new pre workout. Got Seth feroce’s new “7th gear” in today. Ooofff. Forgot how hard some pre workouts are to get down lol. Almost has like a taste of cinnamon or something. 30 days of this is gonna be rough lol.
