    weight reduction lol. tell that to Porsche. they charge a pretty penny for those little pull straps. for weight savings.

    It’s known as de-contenting in the industry and manufacturers hope you won’t notice.

    Saving .50 cents per car adds up to $125,000 if you make produce a 1/4 million Tacoma’s per year.
