Ok reaching out for ideas I’m not thinking of. I’m fed up.

I’ve been having mod-severe abdominal pain for going on 3 months.
It will flare up to the point where I can’t sleep or stand up straight.
Constant dull ache with painful cramping that comes in and out. Some nausea but no vomiting.

It goes away for a few weeks then hits me like a train, then goes away, then comes back.

Pain gets so overwhelming at times I’ve been in urgent care or ER 4 times since December. I also have syncopal episodes with pain.

CT w/ contrast is neg for all including gall stones and pancreatitis.

Blood tests come back neg for elevated enzymes.

    Anti acids aren’t working.

Its gone away for 4 weeks now and just started again last night. I take Tramadol at night and that doesn’t touch the pain. This morning all our dairy got trashed. Gotta try something.

My diet is very consistent. I cannot think of any foods I have not eaten while I’m pain free but start eating then have pain.

    Any ideas?

I’m keeping a meticulous food diary (kind of already do) and going to try to eliminate things one at a time. Starting with dairy then going to eliminate nuts. Which will break my heart.

Anyone deal with something like this?

Have you thought about trying... *gasp* I can't believe I am saying this.... carnivore. For just a couple weeks. Not because it will make you immortal or anything like the carnivore zealot youtubers say. Just because it is probably the most thorough elimination diet you could do

Anyone in need of some new knee sleeves? I have a pair of Small STrong (Mark Bell) Sleeves. I've only used them a handful of times and have not had them very long. I want to go with an XS for extra tightness. They sell for $83. I bought them BOGO off so I think I paid about $50 after tax/shipping. If anyone is interested I'll let them go for $40+shipping (which shouldn't be that much)...

    YES THEY ARE PINK.

Cronometer has already given me some useful information. It looks like my typical diet is giving me 300%-400% my DV of iron... I think I should start donating blood.

You know that is an idea. Start with meats and eggs and slowly add other things.

See this is why I ask. Thank you.

Thank you. And yes. Too many professionals. If I never see another doctor again I’ll be happy.

Push your Titties together or wrap pans?
