Decided to pull the trigger on a Land Cruiser Prado 5 speed shifter knob. Available on some 3rd gen 4Runners, but really rare. Should match my black leather IS300 wheel and black 4Runner J shift knob nicely. Now I just need to get the black leather boot kit off ebay.
    Screenshot_20200216-160827.jpg

I got the only one on ebay that wasnt shipping from Japan or the UAE. Paid more then I wanted to, but I dont wanna wait a month to get it either.

You replace lenses fairly easily. Just heat up, pop the old off, clean if needed, add sealant, heat back up and put new ones on.

that was the first time ive looked at the plugs since i got the truck

soo its probably been like that since ive had it

the fact it works great leads me to believe the lil pieces arnt in the cylinder anymore i hope

I found a guy selling a better-shape-than-mine bed on craigslist. He wants $675 for it. Oof. Maybe I'll just cut that rust out and call it good...

Definitely an option. I've been tossing around some ideas for those too.

That's a recipe for failure and hating the light output AND blinding everyone - both with the cheapest shit headlights combined with LEDs.
I told you to get the CAPA certified ones on Amazon!

Lol, and I'd never encourage anyone to sell their taco either. It was just for the sake of proving high value kinda like a nut :D:rofl:

Hmm. The problem with that is that there are times when I yank the topper and do regular truck things. The biggest challenge of a flatbed would be finding a way to keep a topper. I think it could be done, but I'd have to keep an eye on the weight.

Anyone know what one of our 6' bed weighs anyway? They're not all that heavy.

Its just a really cool build
But yeah I remember we were talking about the bed and camper shell and that stuff. That's right :D

Are you referring to the oem headlights here or?!

I sure would like to save this vintage OEM corner lamp in matching Lunar Mist Metallic, does this method apply?Broke lens.jpg
