what size tires should i buy

    2.5 inch toytec lift /w rear block 255/85/16 cooper discoverer st's Westin light bar with 2 hella 500's Satoshi grille mod BHLM bumper valence painted with rocker guard relocated the horns tail gate anti-theft mod added a trailer hitch relocated 7 pin in bumper rear diff breather mod Magnaflow muffler kenwood KDC-X895 deck
    just put a 3 inch lift on my truck and have stock rims

    which size goodyear duratracs should i buy

    265/75/16

    or

    285/75/16 ( some people said i need wheel spacers for this size is that true as well?)

    Yes, in order to run the 285's you need a 3 inch lift, spidertrax wheel spacers on your stockers, and you need to trim some plastic and possibly chop the body mount.
