    Heh, I'd be in that category. Almost two years ago I started working 2nd shift and then went to another job that was 3rd shift. I'm not a morning person at all. I'm pretty much permanently grumpy (hence my user title...).

    We’re not looking to have a free for all in the woods. Just use of what’s already established. Many areas and trails are restricted to ATV only use. Areas closed off in various fashions (tank traps, jersey barriers, large rocks) just to restrict access. As a tax payer you should have access to these trails and areas, and a say in how they’re managed.

    Gates are closed and people still cut side trails. Some motorcycle trail maintenance guys in Colorado, who work in a National Forest, told us if people are making new trails they sometimes help them, and take it as they need to improve what’s established. Proper management isn’t a bad thing.
