Plan on buying 17x10x-18mm Fuel Vapors to put 33s on. Buying a 3 inch Rough Country lift. That’s as far as I am right now. Not sure what else I would need to make this work so I was looking for answers.....

Depends if you want to look cool and have some rubbing or look like a dork with small tires that don't rub.

I obviously don’t know much about this so how big can I go on the tires with my configuration without rubbing?

technically not even some sorry ass 265/75r16 will clear at full compression and turn (mud flaps hit). With very minor trimming a 32"ish tire will clear enough to not smell burnt rubber when you are beating the truck off road.

also technically a 35" tire can clear with 4" lift and never hitting bumps or make left/right turns

I promise the answer is in the thread I linked.

Not even being a smart ass. The OP was an ass but got his answers, also how to fit larger tires.

Do you want 33's, or stance?

The shortcut to 33's on a stock truck is 255/85R16 or 255/80R17 on factory rims.

If you want to go for the look, then read the above linked thread.

Keep reading and you will see cmc is needed and the size you can fit without mods. Cmc is needed regardless of your lift.

You can get 33" tires if you go with tall skinnies (255/80/17) with no rubbing. However, I believe your 10" wheels are too wide to use with tall skinny tires.

I have the same lift (3in RC), with 285/70/17 (33's), no CMC and NO rubbing even at full turn.

Too many to list. I’m lazy
I had 33/12.5’s on my last truck with a 3” rough country. It WILL fit bit you will have to trim the front bumper a little bit on the bottom edge. It will also rub the frame a touch at full lock in reverse. What I will tell you is that you will also need upper control arms. There is not enough camber adjustment stock to accommodate that set up and you will end up towed in a little on the bottom and will wear the outside edge of the tires. I would recommend getting that done sooner rather than later.
I will also tell you that if you are turning and hit a bump at any kind of speed, it will sound like you are destroying your truck. Don’t sweat it. It’ll be fine lol.
    Hope this helps you out.
