    Hi everyone! :hattip:
    Traveled for almost 16 hours yesterday on three planes and made it home. Had the jacuzzi set so it was hot and ready when we got home so we had a drink and a :rasta: while we soaked under the stars feeling really happy to be home. Had appts this morning and had to unpack, restock the house with provisions and get laundry done so really exhausted but happy it’s all done! Wife isn’t feeling good at all since this morning so trying to keep her resting and comfortable.
    Enjoying a home brewed IPA from a friend of ours and relaxing for the remainder of the evening! Hope everyone is well and ready to enjoy the weekend! :cheers::cheers::cheers:

    I offered but no one else was interested in a package... Honestly though I gotta figure out a good method for shipping because the jars are just a little too large for small flat rate, but I also don't want to skimp on room because I need enough packing material that they don't break.

    We've had hot sauce orders (from other folks) break before and that's just a sad day.
    Equal parts pineapple and mango chopped up and then follow a sugar pectin recipe, skip part of the sugar and add more prectin than recommended :rofl:

    I honestly should probably work out the full recipe on this one. The high acid in the pineapple really fucks with the pectin portions so it's a hard balance and I just wait till it's the correct consistency I'm looking for....and no one EVER needs the full amount of sugar called for in jam recipes. It's practically equal parts and that's so unnecessary.
