    Cst suspension UCA, dirt series coilover, dirt series rear 2.0 shock, 1.5” aal. Method 701 series rims with Toyo open country RT’s 285/70r17
    nothing wrong with the welds on either bumpers, I picked up the one without the hoop and measured the gaps and everything is squared like it’s supposed to be

    As someone who has consistently welded for two decades I can also confirm the welds are really good on these bumpers

    Those are actually tough welds to do with a mig gun. They done good.

    these look nice, mine looked liked someone one smooshed hot glue with their fist, but still held up real well.

    the welds on the insides are done with a spool gun and the welds that are visible are tig

    I still think that gusset is a spool gun. Look at the soot at the top and the etching at the toes looks like a spool gun. But you're probably right!

    its 100% tig, the etching is because the aluminum wasn’t cleaned
