It happens to us all. We recently fell victim to the need for an iVaccuum. The results were predictable.

 

Oh no fuck that. I love botvacs. Game changer when you have dogs/cats.

 

I remember when 4runners were sort of a working man's rig. Now they're like a new Range Rover

 

It may work out ok. We just got it a couple weeks ago.

 

Yup, it runs over the puke or poop and will smear it everywhere. Total game changer, from cleaning a spot to disinfecting the entire room, house....

Yup, that sucks super hard. Gotta turn off the auto-run when breaking in a new pup. Or train your dog(s). I've had it happen with my puppy when I got her. Not an issue now. I'll make a duck dog out of her one day yet.

Seriously though, overlanding is just a fancy name for truck camping with way too much gear.

But......

Who cares. If you wanna truck camp with a buncha unnecessary fancy shit then do it. If you wanna truck camp with just the bare essential then do it.

Mine are orange/red so I can see them easier in snow/sand/mud.
Certainly have used them more than a few times.

 

The only time i ever had a blast (off road) in a 'runner it had a factory roll bar and made about 120 horsepower lol

 

Just drove my wife’s across country round trip. Worked great and had room in the back to camp when the roads were closed

Let people have their fun, and don't try to judge them and feel superior to them, for what they like to spend their money on. Elitism never made any new friends, or added fun to any activity. I've got my own sh*t to work on, I don't really need to care about what others are doing.

 

I'm glad this has spurred some discussion. I hoped there are some of you, like me, that are tired of the OVERLANDING word.
