That's going to be a tall order as that was a big driver for a lot of people to get a 2020 over a discounted 2019 along with power seats, LED headlights, etc.

I doubt that the 2020 radios will plug into the older models
Toyota’s been using the same wiring harnesses since the mid 80s for their radios
And just looking at the radio plugs from most newer Toyota models (camrys, corollas, siennas 16+)
The entune 3.0s have new plugs

only reason I’ve searched is because I added a 2016 Tacoma entune w/Navi radio into my wife’s 2009 corolla and wanted to upgrade it to the new radio
So might have to build a custom harness

I’ve been contemplating on getting this set up, I think you just made my mind up. Gonna be ordering here tomorrow. Oh and FYI to anyone wondering it does work on the non jbl models.

What's the different between JBL and NON JBL? I thought they can use this Beat Sonic anyway.

Supposedly the JBL is better sound quality? I know it at least includes the subwoofer behind the rear seats which isn't on the normal sound system. Not sure if the other speakers are different as well?

Just the speakers. Well as long as you have the 2.0 I guess is what it’s called. If you have the Sr radio then it’s the display too, but I spoke with the guy who owns bs and he said it works on the non jbl and after seeing these photos. I decided to purchase this. It will be in Wednesday. So should be up and running by Thursday. Will have to post some info.

I ordered the Beat-Sonic direct a few months and did not realize that it did not play well with OEM Audio+ so its sitting in the closet. I will have to sell it and I don't need it. Works great as advertised and bummed to have to let it go -

What did you get into putting the Tacoma Entune into the Corolla? I’ve toyed with the idea of putting my Tacoma Etune 2.0 into a RAV4 (2011).

Did you have to buy OEM connectors for the Tacoma stereo and make your own harness?

nothing other than a harness and microphone
Power/speakers where the same plugs so it just went in
But I did have to cut one of the wires to have power to speakers

Are you using the Entune navigation in the Corolla? If you are did you have to add an antenna for it? I thought I read somewhere too that the Entune units were tied to a vehicles VIN. Any issues like that?

    Thanks.

What do you mean by “did not play well with OEM Audio+”?

I’m interested in maybe purchasing this for my JBL system.

    Thanks for the help.

Guess the finance dept is still on cocaine. I was quoted between $4k-$7k for the new headunit “depending on what features I wanted”. There’s no way that price is justified
