    So today i was lookin around on instagram and came across this beauty
    https://www.instagram.com/p/B8ysrpqFkNz/?igshid=in5a8gaqw7tn

    I thought it was kinda funny it had a 1gr-fe (Same motor as a 2nd gen tacoma) swapped into it because its not really a popular swap that im aware of.
    So did some googling and came across this

    https://engineswapdepot.com/?p=17586

    Twin turbo 1gr-fe pushing 986hp on 104 octane :goingcrazy:

    obviously its fully built but still pretty crazy numbers for a v6 truck motor lol

    Thanks!
    If Ya'll need any help with the ability to remember useless information or quote movie lines...look me up. I also excel at cooking the perfect steak, drinking beer, making my own chicken wing sauce, fixing GM trucks (cause they always need fixing) and railroading. The last thing there will end in 3.5 years so if you need help with your railroad, speak up now or your SOL.
    I consider myself a jack of all trades but a master of none!
    I'm happy to be here!

    It's when you go shopping and you do flexin Friday pictures on the curbs in the parking lot showing off how much of an off roader you are. Or wiki has this definition wrong...

    Mall crawl event being the group meet up we do once a month or so.
    in this case, still being the winter - most of the trails are closed but doing this meet up lets us talk about what modifications we've done to the trucks in the off-season and generally shoot the shit over a dinner or a coffee, you can see the details here;

    If you're actually not sure what Mall crawling is, @Snail81 more or less nailed it, but with jokes aside
    "mall crawl" is a very cynical and facetious term used for people who have a fully kitted out and upgraded, with aftermarket parts, truck or jeep that will mount onto a curb to 'flex' (much like flexing your muscles to show off). the vehicle might see a dirt road once in its life (when it's being dragged to a scrap heap) to try and prove their worth or something of the manner, but otherwise it sits at a mall parking lot looking "cool" being all clean and pristine. Most people are proud of this and are totally fine with it and the title (and stigma) it might come with, and rightfully so, as some people can afford the parts and upgrades, but not necessarily the costs of repairs of going off roading.

    Pavement princess is the above term but with all 4 tires having the requirement of being on the road at all times.

    I am familiar with theses words you speak of. I am ashamed to admit my Silverado was a Pavement Princess, this Taco however, will be a different story. I'm half tempted to join the trip to the Dunes in May but I would be a little ahead of my self... I'd be into the mall crawl in March tho! if I'm allowed.
