He loves it, he went to Georgia Tech for his engineering degree and was there a few years after he graduated before he had a car. He said it was easier without one but when he got a job outside of Atlanta he had to get one. My nephew is a car salesmen in Cullman so he buys them from him and I deliver them. lol

    Only the best.
Something that heavy will suck to tow without 5.29's and the ovtune. My dobsinsons hold the weight great. I have a 3000 lb all steel car hauler and even with the a vehicle on it mine only squats 1/2" at the most. But your def going to want 5.29s and the ovtune.

Being an automatic he will most likely need 5.29 to keep from over heating the transmission

My FedEx guy got drunk and went passed me by couple hundred miles. It’ll be here eventually though. Considering pulling truck into garage and going ahead and disassembling so when parts are here just pop new stuff on and torque down. Then leave wheels and tires off until the next day when my new wheels and tires are here.

Haha! Shipping companies are funny how they track and deliver stuff sometimes. That sounds like a plan to go ahead and disassemble.

I forgot the mountain biking stuff. Dang it, I’m getting older can remember as much as I used to. Just messing with you. Enjoy life, family and friends. Each day we all should try to do better than the day before. Sometimes am successful, but most of the time I just make it through. Life is hard and cruel, and way to short. Don’t let what others say or do rule who you are. Be comfortable in yourself, and live for what is important to you.

There will always be people how will do sketchy things, and take risks doing them. I can’t let that get to you. Some things sound good, look doable and then OH CRAP! Sometimes they get lucky. Hopefully, they live and learn from their errors in judgement. Just maybe someone see what happened and learns not to follow.

If you were to come with me when I wheeled out in California growing up. You would have had a cow. I did some sketchy things. Some because I had no other option, others just to see if it was possible. I have shared some of these adventures with my son. Not to brag, but as a teaching lesson.

I have learned from everything I have done in life. From good, safe, crazy, smart, dump, and plane out stupid stuff. It makes me who I am, and gives me the experience and knowledge to pass along.

Btw: I have seen, watched or heard of some things that and lot of people including yourself that I would not have tried or done in my truck, and thought to myself “ that’s crazy and stupid “!

Absolutely. I agree with you fully. See how you forgot the biking stuff? Everyone forget so quickly how myself and others get called out for stuff so we just ignore it and leave for awhile but if we call anything out we are assholes and totally wrong lol. The issue isn’t doing stupid stuff or having fun or not learning from it. It’s acting like you know what you’re doing, acting like it wasn’t a big deal, and portraying it as acceptable. That’s what I told Brian. No issues with him personally, never have been. If people haven’t learned over 4 years that I can take and dish it with all of them and not have personal issues with you, then they aren’t gonna learn haha. You know as well as I do, as well as marks posts, as well as Allen’s post, that this thread changed and many left. But nobody commented back towards their posts...only mine...You can imagine any reasons you want but it all mainly points to one individual and the mindset and attitude in this thread towards things. I’m just the ass for calling it out lol. Like I literally asked the question the other day about ignoring folks for someone else. I don’t ignore or block, but I get ignored and blocked as evident in this thread haha.

Hey sounds like you talking about me o_O
Just kidding, I do stupid stuff all the time just to see how far I can push my truck, love it. I break stuff, repair it and usually post it in here, lol. I love offroading and I do unsafe stuff quit often just to make it more exciting but would never do it if it puts others in harms way. I often wonder if all my posting of my trips bothers people but then I think thats what this site is for. Some ride dirt roads, some ride harder trails and some are just crazy but thats my opinion, Im sure they all have a great time and I will ride with any of them, lol

Life IS short indeed. Some folks weren't lucky enough to make it where we are today. I'm 46, raising 3 kids and in good health, so I feel blessed every day to be alive. Definitely too short to let what someone on the internet says or does affect your emotions!
