Thank you. I've been wanting one for a while and finally got fed up with not having a fun car. Still not sure on the blue though....

I'm gonna try to pick up a 2nd gen Tacoma or maybe another FJ80. I just really had no need for a Pro that I didn't take off-road that often.

I feel ya. I’m about to pick up an e36 coupe and stuff an LS2 or LS3 into it. I miss having something fun. I beat on my 4runner whenever I get the chance though, so I couldn’t give it up.

    I love the new mustangs.

You just need to learn to pick better colors. Gotta go white and black everything out.

I’ll sell you my 2nd Gen.

White was my first choice. I had a white one lined up but it had the recaro race seats in it and.... I couldn't fit in them lmao

Good idea and worth trying. I have heard a few times about elimination diets that about 6 weeks are required to see all changes. Something to consider.

If a food is eliciting an immune response it can take as long as 6 months to recover from a single exposure to the food.

I started developing GI issues about 5-6 years ago. Looked into a lot of elimination diets and methods. Most of them involved juice fasts followed by very incremental introduction of foods. Never did it, and still won’t do that. I’d rather plain fast than drink that nasty shit.

The carnivore sounds much better and doable.
It does take time though so when you do it you have to commit.

I found out though a med my doc gave me had an NSAID in it
I feel stupid because I should have known better and not taken it.
That is likely the culprit but I’m going to strip down to meat, eggs, and maybe just simple greens then work things in over time.

You're well informed it looks like. I've heard and read other's experiences but haven't ever tried one so no personal experience.

I've followed the common sense and the SIHC (single ingredient, home cooked) diet most of my life and no issues, thankfully.

That is what I ended up doing and I found out certain intolerences over time. But I didn’t go extreme.

I just stuck with foods that only have one item in their ingredient list.
