What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

Hooked on the latest season of Narcos:Mexico. Badass show, always well done.

 

How you feel about the season, especially the ending?

 

Second this, I loved it.

 

It was a little slow but I like how they show how he is constantly conflicted about being the good guy vs being his true self. Sad to see that his girlfriend is starting to see his true nature and is starting to pull away. Love this show and also Breaking Bad. I think these two shows are great.

 

I finished Alaska Offroad Warriors. The drama and over the top personalities were spot on for some of the characters I've met. You can tell that some shots were made just off a fire road. The brothers in the 4Runner were my favorite. I've known quite a few brothers and close friends who acted and looked just like those two. Their 4Runner was definitely lacking and that poor engine sounded terrible from the get go. I really liked the Land Cruiser the best.

 

Probably not very popular around here but me and my 10 year old son have been veggin out together and watched the whole season of ultraman.. Looks amazing . We finished the first season and a new one comes out this spring I think . Definitely off the beaten path . It’s a Netflix original (remake of the 60’s live action ).

 

Yeah I found that one in 2015 I think . Loved it wished they kept going .

Wife got her pick for the next show we watch, so we started Downton Abbey lol.

I have to say I'm actually kind of hooked on it...old fashioned British household drama has a weird way of being really interesting

 

Hmm I’ll have to look into mr robot . had a chance to watch a formula E race yet?

 

mr robot is intense. i didn't hear about it until recently. starts off kinda fun and cool, hooks you in and punches you in the gut!

i'm an open wheel racing guy, and i think FE is very cool. but the coverage is spotty and not enough show to engage in for me, so i'm sticking purely with F1 since i've been on the inside of that soap opera for a long time and know it well... it's more than the racing for me at this point. so, without all the soap opera i find FE not enough for now so i'm kinda distant from it. but i'm definitely watching its development.

 

ha! you'd never know it by looking at me, but i watched every episode of Downton Abbey AND i went to the movie, and THE MOVIE IS AWESOME if you've done the whole series.

Another one like it that was really good was Poldark, we finished that one a few months ago though the finale was kind of rushed. I don't think its on Prime yet though, we got it with our PBS subscription through Prime.

 

Poldark, we tried and couldn't get into it. i have a client who recommended 3, that was one. we couldn't do any of those... they are a British couple and maybe have different prefs. i recommended Space Dandy to her and that one fell flat. oh well.

if you like Anime fun and get along with Japanese crazy, then there's Space Dandy for you. about the most fun an anime watcher can have... just be sure to get the Japanese with English subtitles version. original Japanese voices FTW.

my BIL is ahead of me, he binge watches. he said you'll have to power through second half of S2 and beginning of S3 to get to the story completing. i say this because my wife wanted to opt out late in S2 cus the entertainment becomes relatively painful.

 

I alway got a kick out of the bat mobile in the last few movies is running boggers in the rear. Could probably hear it coming from half a city away. Womp womp womp womp...
