Nice roomie right there.

 

Two out of three rooms are all done. One of them was a bitch, the utility room has all sorts of pipes and crap coming up through the floor for the radiant heating system. Kitchen is about half done then I just have a small mud room to do. Hopefully should be done tomorrow or Monday. Then just have to finish up some painting in the kitchen (someone else is handling that) and I can start install all the new kitchen cabinets.

You ain't Kidding . A Little Baby

 

Couple of them. Thought I had some of the dining room also but I don’t.

 

You have been busy.

 

The utility room floor is about 3 feet higher then when we started. The electrical panel is on the other side of the house now and all new wiring. The kitchen sub floors is also new. People who owned the place didn’t take care of it. First place we did was a total gut job there had been a hole in the roof and water came straight down through.
We tore the back wall down replaced wall, floor joists, couple of truss boards in the ceiling. Took it all down rebuilt it and put it all back together within a 48 hour period.

 

Yes sir. Trying to get the first floor finished off soon then it’s full force on the second floor. We have the electrical and plumbing finished on both first and second floor. Once we have full sign off from inspector then the second floor can be get the drywall done. Then it’s just tile the new bathroom up there and have someone come do carpet and paint. Got new exterior doors on order for the place once they arrive I can throw them in.
