No it was the one that came with the rack.
It was only off by about ¼". It wasnt too hard to fix and the manufacturer made it right with me and covered the cost of material and labor.
I would definitely buy it again. You cant buy something that is as heavy duty and looks as good is this does for the price. Honestly I could buy 4 of these for the price of a Prinsu after it's all said and done from the the amount they credited me. They took care of me and really heard me out on my concerns and never tried to get out of it.

My issues were all handled by Hooke but it still didn’t sit well with me. I had really bad rusting issues, parts that didn’t fit or were completely missing, one lost in transit rack, wind noise that was ridiculously loud no matter what I did. I ended up upgrading most of my hardware, re painting it, and having to custom cut parts to fit. Overall for the price it can’t be beat. But the quality control and overall quality on my rack wasn’t there for me. I knew buying it, it wasn’t going to be a prinsu, a victory, uptop, etc. but with all the headaches and the noises it was just better off selling and buying what I wanted.

my buy once cry once was a little harsh and I shouldn’t have tried to deter people from buying but been more informative of what you could potentially be facing. If I was on a budget I would definitely put up with this rack. But when the opportunity arose to save a few hundred on a pre owned prinsu came up I went with it. In retrospect. Knowing what I know now about this rack I would have not purchased it for me. But that’s my opinion. Like I said previously it should no way be a dig more and informative post.

I will be purchasing this rack soon and call me odd but I look forward to modifying it. The wind fairing looks like it could be relocated to a lower position to accommodate a less aggressive angle which could contribute to better noise control.

I will also drill some additional holes in the lateral support bars to expand my mounting options. I can also drill some additional mounting holes being cut in the sides for lights and tie down points.

Will be a fun project. I always like tinkering with all of the products I purchase and especially at this price point, it is not hard to justify purchasing it even with minute imperfections

Maybe I am lucky but I haven't had a single issue with mine. For the price it's well worth it, to me.

I agree I think it does it’s purpose. Everything’s always gonna have something that could make it better but for 270 bucks what else could someone ask for lol

Nice, I had the Prinsu look a like rack a while back it was solid. I never used it so ended up selling it.
Just like your front bumper I rocked one for 2 years then got the itch for full hoops. People dog on it but it was a darn stout piece of hardware.
