Why do these businesses think they have the right to waste a persons time like that. It's become rare to find an experience where one is considered valuable as the customer. She may be right, but she should have pretended to be sorry, done something to make you feel more valued than a throw-away annoyance. Disgusting.

Celebrating an 87th birthday today & attempting to have a serious conversation w/ two seniors of widely different points of view. This is going to be a frustrating day... But - celebrating 87, so that's good!

I am not 100% sure this is allowed or not if not please let me know and i will take this post down.
I am about 2 years out from buying my tacoma.
The last 2 tundras I have leased from a dealership in MA and they both had serious issues the 2016 i had to do a 6k insurance claim on due to mice eating wires and new headliner and everything with less than 200 miles on it. My wife and I both think they were in there when we picked up the truck.
The 2nd tundra is a 2019 and had the charcoal canister for the emissions frozen shut and the gas tank one of the vents were cracked.
So at less than 400 miles it had to get that done.

I do not want to go back to that dealership for my taco when I buy it as next truck I am not leasing.

For those in the northeast area of CT I am looking for dealership recommendations.
Willing to go to RI and parts of MA if needed.
Custom ordering if needeed would be helpful.

Again if a post like this is not allowed please let me know and I will take it down.

I traveled from MA to torrington Toyota and had good luck. Pretty straight up and quick deal if you know your numbers going in.

I bought my first a 15 from Chambers in Auburn, they took their time to come down to my price ,4 hours.
I hate dealers but you need to deal with them and shop them.
After totaling that I went with used and it took me 2 months to find a nice 17 at a fasir price at a lexis dealer in Providence.
Just put your request out there and you'll be inundated with emails and Voice mails.
They hire High school kids who want to be Insta models to run their socicle meida and they're relentless

 

I've done well at Copeland Toyota in Brockton MA, about 1:30 from Foxwoods in CT if that's a reference point..
