Heat with bfh/impact gun. And if that doesn't work, turn it into liquid. Had to do the same with mine. One side just didn't want to cooperate.

Outside of going and buying new toys (which I'm not opposed to) my options are limited. If I had access to a press this would be easy peasy.

Should just get something like this...

Yeah, I hear ya. I replaced that 12pt with a standard grade 8 hex head bolt. Isn't that a 14mm 12pt? If you want to try my Milwaukee 1/2" impact on it let me know. Even some heat from just a propane torch can be enough. Doesn't have to be oxy/acetylene torch unless you want it gone and stay gone.

I used a propane torch with breaker bar in a vice to no avail. Need a 1/2" impact with 13mm 12pt and I'll give my ARB dual a workout.

I have all new hardware so I don't care about destroying what's there.

The misalignment spacer is seized on there. Use a grinder or sawzall to cut it off from the bolt.

Or just press it out of there uniball bolt and all, if you're replacing all the hardware.

Give me a call this week some time, I got you.

If you have all new hardware just remove the clips that hold the bearing and press it out with that bolt still there. Or am I missing something?

That's what I realized after he posted a pic. Just remove it all.

I've done that but I don't have a press....and the uniballs are not budging even when beating on them with a BFH.

With a press they would be out in seconds.

I have everything you should need. Let’s figure out a time to meet up this week and get it out.

In the meantime soak that crusty bitch in some penetrating fluid.

I'm coming into this late... did you remove the retaining ring?

I don't see it there in the second pic, and pretty sure I see a vacant groove where the ring recesses.

I've had to deal with this exact problem when I did my TC uniballs. Lesson learned: don't prolong rebuilding them. The longer you wait, the bigger pita it is.

Agreed and thought the same thing... but figured I'd throw out the idea, in case I wasn't seeing it right.

Gotcha. Mine were seized pretty dang good in mine too. Definitely need a press for them.

When you go to install the new ones....a bit of anti seize or even just grease on the outside will help in future replacements
