Selling my Icon Extended travel non-resi coilovers with 650lb coils. $350 or trade for rim and or tires. They will need to be rebuilt. Lower bearings replaced about 5-10,000 miles ago. Passenger side is leaking, drivers side is not. They rode great with the ARB bumper and I wasn’t even running a sway bar.

Good luck. I fought that battle and they sent me to Toyota for an estimate on a fix, Toyota said new frame, I ended up paying for Southeast Overland to do TC gussets for like $900. The Marlin Crawler kit is the way to go. Don’t even have to take your LCAs off.

I'd still remove the LCA just to make sure you don't cook the bushings. That's an easy thing to do then you're having to do them.

I want to do the TC tabs combined with the MC kit.

I had TC on my last Tacoma and MC on current one. My buddy welded it and did a little bit at a time in each spot to avoid over heating the bushings. Replaced the drivers side LCA after and no cooked bushings. I’m happy with it. It’s amazing how much the stock mounting location flexes before the gussets.

Went MC this time and I paid for the gussets and my buddy who’s a professional fabricator glued them on with a MIG welder for me. Much cheaper than the shop charged me. I also did all the prep work myself though.
