1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

My plan was to use it as a "ROM emulator" console if possible. I was able to download the overclock for it too. I saw they had emulator mods to use GBA and other ROM's on the software installer with the genesis mini; so I'm leaning towards a yes but don't wanna have to return stuff if I cant

 

What are you running on it to run the software?

Could do the same with a raspberry pi

 

I seen a raspberry pi for sale at Target.

 

I know our Bestbuy has them, starter kits even with an enclosure and power supply.

Always tempted to buy one, then I think "Tacoma" and say naaaaaw....

Yes, I downloaded a mod software to the console where I just download the ROM's onto the device from my computer.


The software allows for different emulator cores to be added, I.e I added NES software and am able to play legends of Zelda, Mario world 3 on the console so far even tho it's a sega genesis

 

With ADD front axle, if the coupler for the pass side axle isn't engaging all the way, so power is only going to the driver side front axle in 4wd, would that cause the truck to pull left or right?

I'm not having this issue, it's a post on the 4r forum and I'm just trying to figure it out. It seems like that's what is happening but the guy says it's pulling to the right in 4wd.

 

Ya they have n64 controllers on Amazon tat use usb ports to plug in, and the sega gensis has 2 front usb ports for the controller. I figure long as the console recognizes the controllers it should be fine. Especially with the downloaded software

 

I never got a gamecube. Went from N64 to Playstation 2 and XBOX instead.

 

Used a program online called hakci. I've hear of being able to run Android OS on the Nintendo switch,but not sure with the mini consoles. This mod came out a month or so ago so it's been a work in progress

 

Luckily the genesis had tetris built in lol. Just wanted more than the 40 games it had on purchase

 

Yeah that was about the peak of my gaming too. SNES Mario Kart and then put of blue I started liking the N64 Mario Kart...
Dude I just remembered I played the Mario Kart on the nintendo wii quite a few times with my cousins like 3-4 years ago or so. That was hella fun too
So even that new wii deal has some fun games still
We'll have Mario Kart tourneys in the new place..... don't judge me

 

@Empty_Lord @Speedytech7 is there any way i can put the old throttle body, transmission, ecu and engine harness out of my 95 tacoma onto my 01 4 runner


I drove my buddies 96 v6 auto t4r yesterday needless to say i miss the throttle response and shifting that wasnt shit
