installed a few smart switches around the house. Man its nice to come home to a lit porch light. Im famous for forgetting it on and forgetting to turn it on before i leave. Now all my exterior lights are on a timer and automated to when my alarm is "away" some interior lights turn on sporadically as if i was home.

This is a much better bathroom layout. The previous version wasted floor space with the nook entry into the bath.

I'd rework the office so that you can enter without going through the family room. That way someone could work in there while someone else is watching TV. If you could work a closet in there the space could be called a bedroom. It's for resale because 3 bedroom homes sell for more money. Maybe consider that for the exercise room too.

Another thing to consider is how many doors you have in the laundry and bedroom closets. Doors take up an amazing amount of floor space. In my last house I put pocket doors everywhere they would work. (seems like a duh, but do not buy the cheap ones)
