That's exactly why I dont have it anymore. It would absolutely kill my shoulders and my gooch/choade/taint.

I hate working out.

HOWEVER, I like the way I feel after/before the workout.

I used to never get that endorphin rush, I was always just, numb to it...maybe because in my youth I was always playing sports, running, riding my bike, etc. Now...if I get out of my chair after 5pm, its for a snack, beer or restroom.

So, recently I started getting my groove back and actually felt the release of stress and endorphins. So, I like that. It sucks being in there. But before and after feels good. I sleep better, eat better, feel better and last longer in the sack (with myself, always...)
