2 in the city is legal
my dad had us 3 little dogs at one times, one died at birth or would've had 4 little dogs running around with no leashes or chains or fenced in yard
    they behaved quite well!

I got a bill in the mail saying I owed $1.40 for crossing a toll on the 24th of January on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The plates it got were registered to the 5-Lug, which I sold in August, and had the plates sent back to me. They're hanging on the wall of my garage. I have never been, or around the State of Massachusetts in my life.

I just got off the phone with the MA DOT and got it taken off the record. I got a real person on the first ring, and it took me a grand total of four minutes. If I called CA's toll tag agency I would've been on hold for two hours, and still owe money even though it was their fault.

That's not how it works. There are checkpoints every two miles. So unless you are hopping in and out of the express lane every 5 minutes, they got your plate.
