Debate I saw on Facebook. Do you call this part of the buggy the front or back? I call it the front but I can’t for the life of me understand why someone calls it the back...

There’s really a lack of people in the trade field anymore. Therefore a lot of them are paying really good. For example look at Coke. If you’re 21 years old and spend $4k on getting a CDL you can get a job with them starting at $50k plus overtime. That is damn good for a 21 y/o without a college degree. That’s only going to school for like 3 weeks. But I agree with you. There are jobs I probably could do and make more I just don’t want to because that doesn’t suit the way I like to work.

My main thing is I need to be able to get outside. I would go nuts being tied to a desk all day or even being inside all day every day. Even at home when I build something I go out and work in the driveway just because I don’t want to be inside.

Hell I’d love to work on a construction crew and learn about grading and using heavy machinery along with how to build big things. I just thing that was be fun as hell. Plus I’d be outside. Haha

If I was near, I'd at least try! lol I grew up mostly mudding, so I'm kinda partial to mud. Not as much as when I was a teenager, but I ain't afraid to ride through some mud!

Just because it’s where you store the stuff? So implying you can’t put stuff in a car other than in the trunk?

There is a high demand for trades such as welding, plumbing, carpentry etc. Technology has basically killed those trades off, through automation and stuff. After a few decades of high tech degrees and such, vocational trades are in high demand. You can get welding positions out here at the Anniston Army Depot starting around $25-$30/hr. Luckily for me, my job has me out on the plant floor so I'm not stuck behind a desk all day. I love driving heavy machinery too!

Wheres the trunk in a Porsche?

You can put shit anywhere you want. But they made a place for you to put shit. Whether you do it or not is your choice.

Did you just compare a buggy to a Porsche?

Both can go as fast as you’re brave enough to push them.

I’m sure there are some redneck engineers out there that can make you squeal like a bitch in a buggy where you wouldn’t in a Porsche.

Well unless they were near a cliff then we know you’d squeal like a bitch anyway no matter what you were in. Haha

    Ok that’s a fact.

    Ass.

lol. I actually knew people that raced buggy’s like mowers on a dirt track. Put a motor and some bigger wheels on them and rode that death trap like 15-20 mph.

I almost built one of those one time. :anonymous:

Had two riders sitting out back waiting for me to get the ambition to start. Good thing I didn’t buy a welder till later. Haha

Some people build those things and they’re fast as hell. It amazes me.

You can make anything you put your mind to. There are so many resources out there now you can practically build anything with some tools.
