    Man, those things look like they are definitely going to rub somewhere at full lean/stuff. I'm wondering if those are a bridge too far on stock suspension?

    Quick question for anyone in the know.
    I have scoured the forum for a hard set of alignment numbers on a stock suspension DCOR 4x4.
    I just got my wheels today, and have an appointment to get them mounted up on Monday, along with an alignment.
    So far, what I have found are these numbers. A sanity check please?

    +2.75 caster
    -.2 camber
    0 or very little toe (in).

    What is the general consensus?

    P.S. I am going with 255/75/17, most likely GoodYear Wrangler DuraTrac's at this point.

    I would probably agree with you if it wasn't for the fact that I've had two punctures in SL tires caused by small rocks from the gravel roads up around our lake house.
    The first was about 5 years ago on my pos Ford suv. The second was last fall in one of my SL Falken Wildpeak AT3's on my Tacoma.
    Don't get me wrong, I really like the Wildpeak's, and they've never disappointed me traction wise, but I need something a bit tougher than SL.
    That said, I'm going with 255/80r17 Nitto Ridge Grappler's in load range E on my new 4Runner TRD wheels. If someone made a load range C in that size, I'd go with that, but I've yet to find anything.

    Looks fantastic!

    I pulled the trigger on 255/75/17 because I was just not going to be comfortable on E load range tires. I could not find a single 235/85 or 235/80 (17) in anything but load range E.

    I would imagine your tires are load range E ? Pretty stiff?

    255/75/17 Duratrac's on SEMA's - De-Badged 2018 TRD DCORSB 4x4 Stock Suspension.

    In the few miles I have driven on them since install, I am very happy with them. I have not been on the highway yet, so mostly around town, but they feel amazing. Love the look and I think they are on the outside edge of tall skinny?

    Yah the Yokohama Geolander MT 255/75/17 is the only MT load C I’ve found.

    I have thought about switching to the pros or the AT3 XLT’s but I have a hard d time getting past how good the Max’s have been

    I had Ridge Graps in E. I must not have the right kind of ass because they rode super nice, for an E.

    There's a lot of stigma surrounding E rated tires. I don't get it. I would like to do a blind test on someone to see if they could actually tell the difference. Tires should be more about what they can do for you and not so much about how they feel.

    I've run both C and E, and I prefer the E. Is it more jaring over potholes? Uhh, what isn't. Short of a radial car tire. Then you better have a serious sidewall. For me, that is the one advantage I feel makes it a better choice. I want something that can withstand potholes, or craters for that matter. I want something I can air down and crush the sidewall on without worrying. If I could find some futuristic tire that doesn't use air I wouldn't care how it rode. I do not want to be on a trail, in a mud puddle, changing a tire.

    This is an interesting thread though that provides some different points of view, and a lot of logic.
