S-Runner Wheels Wanted

    I need a couple of '01 S-Runner wheels so that I can mount my studded tires for the winter.
    I've looked in all the local wrecking yards and of course most of them don't even know what an S-Runner is so no luck there.
    Anyone point me to where I might find a pair?
    Or alternatively does anyone know of any other 16" wheels that will fit on a 5 lug S-Runner hub?

    An S-Runner was the gen-1 version of the X-runner. A sporty version of the 5 lug xtra cab.

    To answer your initial question, I believe that a camry of the same vintage as your s-runner has the same bolt patern and offset, so that may be a way to go, and I am sure that e-bay and or craigs list are full of stock camry wheels looking for new homes after the tuner type guys put aftermarket wheels on them.

    01 SR: Double Cab conversion, S/C, lowered.
    IMHO the 2 best places to monitor for S-Runner alloy wheels are CustomTacos and eBay.

    NOTE: The 16X6.5 alloys that came stock on the SR were not limited to SR's. They could also be had as optional alloys on 2WD (5-lug) Tacomas from 2001 - 2004. ... So you may find them listed as 'optional alloy rims' (etc.) rather than SR rims.

    If you have to consider other OEM rims ... Both the early Hyundai Santa Fe and the Honda Element use OEM 16's of the same general size as the SR. Not sure if their centerbore matches yours (67.1mm), though ...
