    Yes, my joints hurt and I think it is from a perception that you have to run or bike in this smaller space. So my stride actually shortens making all kinds of things hurt. LOL.

    Plus, I just have no influence or motivation to continue. I'm not accomplishing anything, because I've been running for 10 minutes and I'm literally in the same place I was when I started.

    If I'm going to exert physical effort to run, it better be from something scary, or to get somewhere.

    I was a sprinter in track. 100yd dash, hurdles, high jump, etc. Short burst, high speed, quick twitch events. My body isnt even built to run long distances. I had my genetic coding reviewed a while back and the results came back that said something about having the genetics and the bone density for powerful athletics, that my body was the exact opposite for long distance or endurance activities.

    So, getting on a treadmill and running for 30 minutes just isnt happening. My body literally isnt built for it.

    I think I need to mark off a football field in the back yard and do some sprints. Get my heart rate up quickly and force my metabolism to simply work overtime because it has no clue what the fuck I'm doing.

    My father is an ultra runner and basically doesn't even feel any exertion unless it's beyond the 15 mile mark. I didn't inherit an genes that would make me put up with any of that nonsense.

    That doesn't look like someone keyed it, but regardless, I think people who key cars are psychotic.

    I have a friend who told me she keyed a car who I believe parked too close to her and dinged her car (could be wrong with the reasoning) but I was like umm wtf? Sorry but that's some bad karma there. No, thank you.
