I miss working from home and making my after lunch espresso. I brought a pour over setup to work though so I can still make a fresh cup

You guys have oysters down/over there so we will have to make some that way. Such a difference that flavor makes. And we won't be using turkey sausage or lower sodium anything. I had to go mild and lean for the party since they are all over 70 LOL. I did add the Unicorn Dust, that was a first, and will be the only way I make anything with beef from now on. The gravy with it was incredible. I added some to the stuffing mix and base but had to go slow.

As a matter of fact, I made Deb some brussels again the other night and just used smart balance spread and Unicorn Dust, cut them in half, and nuked them till they were just a little past still raw. Deb said she will never be able to eat them any other way. I'm glad I bought extra.

Yessir. I don’t trust office coffee machines. Never know how long they been there. All I do know is they’re more than likely dirty AF. Plus this kills about 10 minutes of time. Elevator down to the 1st floor to get hot water (because our hot water doesn’t work up on 11). Walk back up to get some exercise and movement. Then make coffee. It’s a nice daily routine

Yea, I was watching Lone Star Law one night and they were checking oyster boats. I was like Huh, they got oysters in Texas? I never thunk they did. I knew about the crabs.
