@Crikeymike Are the IMS59-50220 still expected to be available at the end of March?

Yes, they are on the water already on the way here. Might be as early as mid March, depending on any port delays.

Looks like if you use their HD shackle, that creates interference. If you use a standard shackle, it looks like it's fine, from what I'm reading in that thread. If someone has bought the Dobinsons springs and run them with the BAMF stuff, they've never reported it back to me.

One problem I did have was the e brake cable. I couldn't bolt the e-brake hoop to the provided hole in the leaf spring bracket, so I had to move the hoop to the front most bracket on the leaf pack. I checked it under full droop and compression and it looks like it's going to work out perfectly!

Removed the bolt from the front most leaf pack bracket.

Drilled out the hole for the hoop and re installed it on the leaf pack bracket.

@Crikeymike Are there any videos or articles that go through the revalve or rebuild process of the IMS shocks? Also are revalve shim kits going to be available when the new shocks arrive? I'm strongly considering buying a pair for the front but I want to be able to revalve them if I find them too stiff.

This video shows all the steps involved to get inside the shocks. It's not something someone would do at home, due to the specialty tools and that required to do it properly. Dobinsons in Miami is getting all the equipment right now to offer rebuilds and revalving. Other shops in the USA that already work on King, Icon, and other popular brands will also be able to do the work and the parts can be bought from Dobinsons.

@Crikeymike Thanks for the quick response. I also forgot to ask if the IMS coilovers come with the wrench to adjust the spring seat height or if that is a separate purchase?

Yes, all Dobinsons adjustable height struts come with the adjuster tool included.

    Are L59-111R leafsprings side specific?

There should onlycbe one way that they will go in.

Not side specific. The military wrap end goes to the fixed/frame end

Sorry for the confusion. Some spings are designated for passengervor drivers side only. I am wondering if this is the case for 111r.

This has been an issue from day one. Surprised they haven’t addressed it yet.

@Crikeymike We rode about 70 miles of the Georgia Traverse today through GA, TN and NC. It was a good test for the new Dobinson's suspension and I can tell you that it rides awesome offroad! Flexes much better now and it soaks up all the rough and uneven terrain nicely!

Did you use a sway bar relocation kit. Has anyone had issues with the dobinson 2 1/2 in lift and sway bar rubbing

I didn’t relocate mine and haven’t had any issues that I know about other than rubbing where typical rubbing happens when upgrading to larger tire.
