Did it with no hassle. How do I know if they did the alignment? The front tires look like they stick out at the top and in at the bottom, but the paper they sent me home with says they did an alignment.

Just stopped by Inver Grove Toyota in minnesota, told them I was having an issue with the ride when I had the bed full of firewood, said I found a service bulletin online that deals with it. They scheduled me for an inspection and new install next monday. Didn't even bat an eye at me.

So far so good, the fact that they scheduled both the inspection and install for the same day makes me think the inspection is just going to be a formality. Will update after install.

Well I never had a problem when I got mine done. I went in and told them that I was sitting on my bump stops with only 200 6' fence boards. They scheduled everything and then washed my truck and cleaned the inside just on the inspection day. So I have no complaints with them. Very surprised actually.

Picked up my used 09 on Monday, Wednesday I had to go to a Toyota dealer to get a new key and asked about this TSB and I got a blank stare with the statement from the advisor of "I've never heard of that". Was he playing dumb or indeed he had no clue???

Toyota of Grapevine in Dallas, TX did it without blinking an eye. I handed them a copy of the TSB when I went though so I'm sure that helped.

He may not have known. Take a copy of the TSB with you when you go in next time. They should have no reason to play dumb or not know after that.

    Hey all,

I have my dealship set to do this in the morning. The parts are in, but I'm not sure they ordered the correct parts. Can you guys check it out for me and let me know if you know? :)

I have a 2010 PreRunner SRS Access Cab

These are the parts that are on the invoice they gave me when I took it in for the 15k checkup...

    42210-04571 - Spring Assy. RR R – QTY 1
    48220-04210 - Spring Assy. RR L – QTY 1
    90117-A0005 - Bold U – QTY 4
    48341-04080 - Bumper, RR Spring – QTY 2
    48530-09Q40 - Absorber Set. SHO – QTY 2
    48510-09U50 - Absorber Set. SHO – QTY 2
I will post up the dealers info once it is comeplete. So far, all I had to do was take it in complaining of ruff ride and bottoming out w/a light load in the back and told them that there should be a TSB on it.
    TYIA!

I checked my ticket from the dealer and those are the parts they have listed. I have a 2010 Prerunner SR5 Double Cab, so it looks like you should be fine. I gained about 1.5 in the rear with the TSB
